ALEHANDrO Z.
Founder & Director
Alehandro Zebe Z. is a Creative Director and Executive Producer, and the founder of Hintermedia. For over seven years, he has developed and led audiovisual campaigns, productions, & multidisciplinary projects for brands, organizations, and cultural initiatives, guiding each process from strategic conception
through execution and post-production.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with artists, organizations, and multidisciplinary teams across Latin America. His experience spans branding, branded content, films, music videos, visualizers, music releases, and a wide range of audiovisual formats.
His background in the performing arts & audiovisual media — from acting to directing and producing — has given him a comprehensive understanding of creative processes and teamwork, combining strategic thinking, artistic sensitivity, and team coordination. His interest in relational psychology and human development continues to shape the way he leads and supports each project.
Through Hintermedia, Alehandro oversees the creative direction & executive production of every project, bringing together networks of specialized professionals to deliver integrated solutions with high standards of quality, a close and collaborative approach, and a strong commitment to each client's vision.

Co-Director & Producer
Dolores Ferré is a Social Communicator and Journalist graduated from the National University of La Plata. In 2020 she published her first book, Efecto Destape: Crónicas de abuso sexual, prologued by Thelma Fardin and released by Editorial Sudestada.
Her background in communication, writing and project development naturally evolved into creative production, team leadership & client management. Throughout her career she has worked across editorial, cultural and audiovisual environments, developing a strong ability to connect ideas, people and processes.
Alongside her work as a producer, she trained as an actress and performer in Buenos Aires, experiences that strengthened her understanding of stage presence, creative processes and talent direction. Her ongoing studies in human development and group dynamics continue to inform her approach to leadership and collaborative work.
At Hintermedia, Dolores leads project coordination, client relations and executive production, overseeing workflows from initial strategy through final delivery. Her work combines organization, creativity and a strong understanding of human dynamics, helping teams and clients navigate projects with clarity, care and commitment.
